Position: TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER- In shop repair, down to a component level, of those modules and or circuit card assemblies that are included in the Digico range of Digital Mixing consoles.
In field assistance to Digico customers across the U.S. that require urgent support to repair and or reconfigure Digico Mixing Consoles within a networked system. Phone support to Digico customers for problem solving, network configuration requirement, software upgrades, and operational assistance to mixing engineers. Technical design support for the Digico sales staff in preparing quotations for prospective customers.
Req. Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic or Electrical Systems/Engineering or related discipline and 5 years’ related experience. Will accept any suitable combination of education/experience. Req. complete familiarity in use of: digital voltmeters, oscilloscopes, optical testers and soldering equip and familiarity with Digico range of products.
